Premium Only Plan (POP)

Premium Only Plans (“POPs”) allow the employees to pay their share of health insurance premiums with pre-tax dollars. Employees save 25% to 40% depending on their tax bracket and employers save on the matching Social Security (FICA) and Federal unemployment taxes of nearly 8%, and the Ohio workers compensation premium.
